To ensure worry free shopping, we are committed to protecting your privacy and offer secure transactions. We pledge to safeguard any information we collect associated with you and your name.

Placing Your Order Online:

1. Select your trees, wreaths, garland and Christmas tree stands by clicking on the "Order Now" button.  Your items will be added to your shopping cart.

2. Add or delete items from your cart and be sure to click the "recalculate" button.

3. When you are ready to check-out, our Pay Pal Secure Server will process your transaction. All your personal information will be securely processed.

4. All orders must be pre-paid in order for us to reserve the item(s) of your choice.

Placing Your Order by Fax:

1. Please fill out our Fax Order Form, and fax it to 303-670-4995.  We will process your order via your credit card and mail you a receipt.

2. Your pre-paid order will be shipped the week of your preferred shipping date.

Placing Your Order by Phone:

1. Simply call us at 303-670-8414 and talk to one of our customer service representatives.  They will be happy to process your order and mail you a receipt.

2. Your pre-paid order will be shipped the week of your preferred shipping date.

Order Dates:

1. Order  by December 13th.

2. Orders placed after December 8, 2006 are subject to availability.  We will do our best to fulfill your order as requested.  If we need to make a substitution, one of our customer service representatives will contact you.

3. No orders will be processed after December 13, 2006. If you are in the Evergreen area, please visit our Christmas tree lot!

Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders cancelled prior to December 13, 2006 will be cancelled without any penalty.

2. Orders cancelled after December 13, 2006 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Shipping Dates:

1. All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground.  Allow 3 - 6 days from the day your order ships to receive your items. All our products are guaranteed to be fresh and will arrive in good condition.

2. All orders will be shipped between November 17 and December 15, 2006.  If you would like to request a specific shipping date, please contact out customer service department at 303-670-8414.

3. All items will be shipped at the same time unless you would like to request special shipping dates.  Again, please call us at 303-670-8414.

Our Guarantee:

1. All items are shipped as fresh as possible.  If for any reason your items do not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact us at 303-670-8414 for a replacement or a full refund.
